This platform is operated by Atlantic Moulding ("we", "us", "our") as a wholesale ordering system for approved trade accounts. Access is restricted to registered businesses in the custom framing, printing, and related trades. By registering for or using an account, you confirm that you are accessing this platform on behalf of a business, not as a consumer.
We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion, including accounts that do not meet our trade criteria.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
All orders placed through this platform are requests for an invoice. Order acceptance is confirmed when we issue an invoice to you. Pricing displayed on this platform is current at the time of display but is subject to change without notice.
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are confirmed separately and added to your invoice prior to dispatch.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies.
Standard payment terms are net-15 from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accounts in arrears may have their ordering access suspended until outstanding balances are settled.
We reserve the right to adjust payment terms at any time based on account history or credit assessment. Continued use of your account constitutes acceptance of any updated terms communicated to you.
All products are subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock information, but availability can change. If a product you order becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or cancellation.
Backordered items will be noted where possible. We do not guarantee delivery timelines for backordered goods.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.

Returns and damage claims must be raised within 5 business days of receipt. Custom-cut goods, chop orders, and joined frames are non-returnable. Glass is non-returnable due to the nature of freight handling. Standard stock items may be returned in original, unopened condition with prior authorization.

All content on this platform — including product images, descriptions, pricing structures, and design — is the property of Atlantic Moulding or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this platform outside of your normal business use without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atlantic Moulding will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this platform or from any order placed through it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the value of that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Newfoundland and Labrador.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of your account after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
