St. John's area
Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within the St. John's metro area. Delivery is coordinated directly by our team and scheduled based on your order size and location. Delivery charges are calculated at the time of invoicing and included on your invoice.

St. John's metro area and surrounding communities. Contact us for deliveries to areas outside metro St. John's.

We'll reach out after your order is confirmed to arrange a delivery window that works for your business.

Pick-Up

You're welcome to pick up your order from our St. John's warehouse at no charge. We'll notify you when it's ready.

Province-wide
Shipping — Newfoundland & Labrador

For customers outside the St. John's area, orders ship via Day & Ross freight. Shipping costs are confirmed before your order is dispatched and added to your invoice — you won't be surprised after the fact.

Glass Orders — Palletization Required

All glass orders shipping outside St. John's must be palletized. This is a freight requirement, not optional — loose glass cannot be accepted by the carrier.

  • Island base rate: approximately $150 CAD for a standard pallet (up to 48″ × 48″ × 48″, ~700 lbs) — tailgate delivery included.
  • Ordering more glass of similar sizes won't raise this cost significantly. A pallet that's half-full ships for nearly the same price as one that's full, so it often makes sense to consolidate a larger order.
  • Glass of significantly different sizes must be on separate pallets — stacking mixed lites creates stress points that can cause breakage in transit.
  • Tailgate delivery (truck lowers freight to ground level) is included in the base rate. Inside delivery — where the driver hand-carts items into your building — is an additional charge.
  • Off-island rates vary. Contact us before ordering if you're outside Newfoundland.

We'll confirm exact palletization and shipping costs with you before your order ships.

Glass is not insurable in transit. By its nature, glass is classified as a fragile commodity and carriers will not honour claims for breakage. We take every reasonable precaution in packaging, but we cannot accept liability for breakage that occurs during freight. If this is a concern, please discuss crating options with us before your order ships.

The following charges may apply to your shipment depending on delivery location, access, and requirements. These are added to your invoice at cost — we don't mark up freight charges.

Returns & damaged goods
Returns Policy

We want to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered in perfect condition. If there's a problem with your order, contact us within 5 business days of receipt.

Damaged in transit

Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Photograph the damage and contact us at orders@atlanticmoulding.com within 5 business days. We'll work with you on a resolution.

Incorrect items

If you receive items different from what was ordered, contact us and we'll arrange a return and replacement at no cost to you.

Moulding & cut goods

Custom-cut moulding and chop/join orders are non-returnable. Standard stick and box orders may be returned in original, unopened condition within 14 days — contact us first.

Glass

Due to the nature of glass freight, we cannot accept returns or claims for transit breakage. Please inspect all glass immediately upon delivery and note any issues before the driver leaves.
